Some projects stem almost entirely from the repair and maintenance of an older building. This condominium association is uniquely situated directly on the Piscataqua River. With below grade parking, the garage levels are upwards of two stories below sea level. Through the process of remediating water issues and updating building systems and infrastructure, we were brought in to propose finish options and redevelopment concepts for the entry courtyard, which was directly affected by the repairs. We proposed new granite faced planting beds, lighting design, new brick patterning and color over patio areas, as well as an entry pergola system. The overall improvements not only made the entry area safer but also brought this building street appeal into the next era.
