As much as they loved their home and particularly its location, this family was struggling with how to live with the existing kitchen – the heart of their home.

Through a solution that mindfully incorporated the adjacent dining and living room, the kitchen area was infused with new life, space and character. The newly combined open-concept living area better suits their daily activities as well as their special celebrations allowing this family to plan a future that can continue to include their first home and their growing family.

Six years later we are still friendly with the family. Having full grown boys and pets, they have told us it was THIS kitchen that they compare all new properties to and has kept them from buying a home elsewhere. Today they are discussing the addition of a new great room to accommodate extended family over the holidays.
